Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options & Rates (US)

• Economy — $4.90 · 5–8 business days
• Standard — $6.90 · 3–4 business days
• Free Economy shipping on orders over $50

We currently ship via USPS from Georgia, USA.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries; rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Order Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, or your order arrives damaged, email wendy@sesawellness.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Need to fix a shipping address? Email us as soon as possible — we can update it any time before the order ships.
